





Hi, I’m Andrew, owner and operator of B2B Software Leads. Thanks for taking the time to consider working with me. I wanted to offer you a bit of context to my roots and vision in working with you.
After earning a Business Management degree in spring 2021, I cycled through many odd jobs before landing as an SDR at memoryBlue, a training, development, and placement program for aspiring tech sales professionals. I was instantly hooked on the idea of being an individual contributor and bringing new business opportunities to exciting tech-driven companies.
I was hired out of memoryBlue in the first 3 months of my eighteen-month contract by SurePoint Technologies, who competes in smb legal tech. There, I was promoted twice in 15 months while also doing freelance business development work for Pryon, an enterprise AI suite specializing in RAG.
Today, I'm a sole senior associate for Fulcrum GT, a privately owned 9-figure tech company serving top global professional service firms with a portfolio of 25+ products. I act as a business development rep and account executive. We're a boutique firm and source 1-2 new clients per year for long-term, 7-figure projects.
My vision for B2B Software Leads is to help a select number of software companies establish a repeatable and reliable system for lead generation through the only four ways of outreach we can execute.
Alex Hormozi, a wildly successful lead generator and author of '$100M Leads', calls them 'The Core Four'.

This is the strategy I've built the beginning of my career on - cold calling, cold emailing, direct messaging, direct mailing, etc. This skill has allowed me to create new business opportunities seemingly out of thin air for a variety of software products intended for a variety of personas.

How do we scale cold outreach to more people? Not automating email blasts. That's still one-to-one, just really fast. The answer is paid ads. We put our cold outreach message in front of thousands of targeted people through social media ads. Then, we contact those who expressed interest. Kinda cool.

Okay cool, strangers are interested in our stuff. What about people who know you? Think of your closed-lost and churn. How often are you staying in touch with the people who are already familiar with you and your solution and likely have the use cases for it? Layups.

Now we want to stay in touch with the people who know us all at once. That's going to be posting content. Think of your subscribers and followers. What can you put out consistently that your personas will enjoy? It can be a mix of informative, entertaining, and influential to take action with your solution.
Every GTM team is different. Some are large and split these outreach channels between sales and marketing. Some are small and might only execute a couple of strategies or spread their efforts thin across all four. Either way, every GTM team wants more business. My ultimate goal is to bring your GTM team more new business opportunities. Whether you want to invest more volume in an existing channel or experiment with new channels, that's what I'm here for.
